Installation Project Manager and Site Lead
Job Description
The Project Manager and Site Lead position will lead Renewal by Andersen’s expansion and opening of a new location in the Burlington, Vermont area. The position will be the manager of the Installation Teams running at the location and responsible for their training and success at job sites. They will manage a local inventory of Customer Ordered Products for installs as well as required materials. This position will be critical to our plans for the coming year and will receive extensive training before the opening of the Burlington, VT location. We expect 2 – 3 months of onsite training at our office and warehouse in White River Junction, VT and customer job sites. We will provide accommodations as necessary. This position will work closely with the Sales Team, Administrative and Team Project Manager Team to ensure successful completions of projects to customer expectations. Computer skills are required with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and Internet Browsers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Must be a motivated self-starter who maintains a friendly, courteous, and compassionate demeanor at all times.

Responsible for accuracy across all areas of the business.
Manages Install Teams running at the location.
Ensures Installers are properly trained and equipped for the jobs they are assigned daily.
Ensures Installation Teams maintain their vehicles, trailers, and tools in good condition.
Manages the local warehouse inventory of Customer Goods and Installation Materials. Coordinates with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all Goods and Materials are ready before Installation Date.
Responsible for the daily Operations and success of the Burlington, VT location.
Responsible for actively listening, establishing rapport, and overall relationship building with all personnel internally and externally.
Attends all meetings, as scheduled.
Responsible for exercising tact and professionalism when problem-solving and resolving conflicts; Maintains a willingness to take corrective actions to fix mistakes, address complaints, or otherwise improve the customer experience.

Qualifications
Education
High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
Skills & Experience
Must be able to interpret and understand how to read engineered construction packets and drawings.
Moderate computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office.
We will train the right candidate as necessary.
Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative.
High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, time-management, organizational, communication and reasoning skills.
Mechanical and Trouble Shooting Skills
Project Management Experience.
Tool Maintenance.
Inventory Management.
Time Management.
General Carpentry Skills.

Must be able to work in a team collaborative environment with moderate noise level.

Compensation Based on Experience: $65,000 - $80,000 Base Salary plus Bonus and Incentives.
