Top-Notch Sales Representative - Home Improvement
The In-Home Design Consultant plays a crucial role in providing personalized and professional consultations to homeowners, offering tailored solutions for their home improvement needs. This position involves conducting in-home consultations to understand the customers' requirements, present product options, and guide them through the sales process. The Design Consultant effectively communicates the value of Renewal by Andersen products and services, ultimately driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our company is growing, so we’re looking to add a sales professional in the area who’s looking for a work environment that’s less about corporate process and more about enhancing the customer experience, making sales goals and having fun in the process! On average our consultants earn about $225K/year. We run 10am, 2pm, and 6pm appointments 5 days a week (Saturdays included).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively communicate our value during in-home product demonstrations
Measuring windows & doors, analyzing the home improvement project and answering construction related questions
Following up on quotes and completed jobs
Making follow-up calls on past customers, managing notes on customer interactions
Seeking out referrals from customers and community contacts
Track and monitor performance against quotas
Communicating job details to team members
REQUIRED SKILLS
3+ years experience in sales
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Self-starter, motivated to succeed
An interest in home improvement, remodeling
Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM
Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through

Warehouse Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations while actively working alongside the team. This role is responsible for inventory control, product staging, job preparation, fleet coordination, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse that supports window and door installation operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily receiving, unloading, staging, and shipping of windows, doors, and materials.
Order and schedule the receiving of materials from vendors based on the schedule before they are needed.
Verify incoming products for accuracy and damage.
Oversee that all materials are cut and processed for upcoming jobs.
Stage materials accurately for upcoming installation jobs.
Maintain organized warehouse layout and perform regular inventory cycle counts.
See to it that the inventory system is updated and accurate.
Manage consumables, returns, warranty parts, and damaged materials.
Supervise and train warehouse staff; set daily priorities and performance expectations.
Oversee company vehicles, trailers, and proper load securement.
Assist in the field when necessary during high-volume periods.
Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of warehouse management or lead experience (construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of inventory control and job staging processes.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Earn $50,000 - $75,000 a year
